"Computer Workshop". Replacing 'Computers Are Easy - A', this group is aimed at those who are more familiar with the use of a computer and wish to learn more

Again restricted by the school's use of Microsoft Windows 7 and Office 2010, the sessions begin with a presentation, often on a subject that has been requested by the members. This is followed by open questions, discussion and the general exchange of ideas. Therefore as well as covering issues relating to Windows 7 and Office 2010, the sessions can look at the use of emails, the internet, security, photos and maintenance etc. Members can bring along their own laptops or tablets and get help with particular problems they may be experiencing. A team of mentors are on hand to assist.

When: 1st Thursday of the month Time: 3.15pm Where: St Crispin's School

"Computers for the 2012's".

This new group replaces 'Computers Are Easy - B'. Now that St Crispin's School has upgraded all of its computers, the group will focus its tuition on the latest Microsoft Operating System Windows 7 and both Microsoft Office 2010 and Office Starter 2010 software packages. Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer classes for those people using earlier versions. Other common software and user techniques will be covered, such as transferring digital pictures to the computer, using Picasa, Google, web mail and Windows Live Mail. All perfect topics for those who have recently purchased a computer and are less familiar with its everyday use.

When: 3rd Tuesday of the month Time: 3.15pm Where: St Crispin's School
