German Intermediate
Our German group meets every Wednesday morning between 10am and 12. We have recently started an A/S level Zeitgeist to give us some structure to our meetings and help with the grammar. We read various topics,enjoy conversation and have the help of a native German speaker.

German 2 is made up of a group with a varied but not formal background in German. A fair knowledge of the language is needed to actively participate in this group, but fluency is certainly not a requirement! The group is democratically run, having no leader, and material is provided by various members. Typically this involves reading and translating short stories or topical articles and work from a light hearted grammar text book.We do not currently have a native German speaker, though we would welcome one on a regular or occasional basis.
The meeting times are Mondays from 0915 finishing with coffee at 1030 hrs. The group is full at present, having 11 participants and meets in members homes on a rotation basis.
