Opera at Home
This group is very informal and meets on the third Monday of the month in my house.
Over the past year, we have enjoyed a variety of operas including The Magic Flute, Tosca, Aida and Die Fledermaus. Most have been from video or DVD projected on to a large screen with good quality sound. We usually have complete operas but occasionally a mixed programme from CDs is put together by one of our members. We also organise occasional visits to local opera productions.
At the moment, our average attendance is around twelve so we could accommodate a few more.
