In January 2007 a third recorder group started.
The Advanced Group meets every Monday
The Intermediates meet three Mondays each month
The Beginners Group meets every Tuesday morning
Playing in an ensemble is a most enjoyable activity. We begin with easy music arranged for descant, alto and tenor recorders, and now and again we set ourselves a real challenge! The Advanced Group has bass players - a really rich sound. The blend of these four instruments produces pleasant harmony - a far cry from the descant recorder playing of which you may have distant memories.
