Wokingham U3A has, from within its membership, set up a small panel who between them have a variety of skills and knowledge, in a wide range of different software products and some hardware matters.
Their aim is to assist members with queries and problems that they may be experiencing. This can be from the simple user issues to possibly more advanced technical matters.
All you have to do is email or telephone us with your difficulty, give us a couple of days and we’ll see if one of us can solve your problem, whatever it may be. If we can’t, it may mean you’ll need to pay for professional assistance.

Note: Wokingham U3A advise that any assistance given in respect of enquiries that involve specific handling of personal computers/tablets in the home is strictly on the basis that the owner has their own Insurance to cover any unfortunate damage that might occur to their hardware or software.
