Wokingham U3A has, from within its membership, set up a small panel who between them have a variety of skills and knowledge, in a wide range of different software products and to a lesser extent, some hardware matters.
If you have a problem, or need help to do something, perhaps we can assist. We will try to answer questions about your computers, laptops, Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac, tablets, iPads, Smartphones, Facebook, Zoom, WhatsApp and more.
All you have to do is email or telephone us with your difficulty, give us a couple of days and we’ll see if one of us can solve your problem. If we can’t, it may mean you’ll need to pay for professional assistance. Note: Home visits cannot be expected.

Note: Wokingham U3A advise that any assistance given in respect of enquiries that involve specific handling of personal computers/tablets in the home is strictly on the basis that the owner has their own Insurance to cover any unfortunate damage that might occur to their hardware or software.
