Qigong & Chen Style Taiji for Health and Wellbeing – Beginners Class. The benefits of practising both Qigong and Taiji are numerous and far-reaching and enable people to take control of both their physical and mental wellbeing.
This class will give participants the opportunity to improve their balance, build internal strength to help them improve their physical mobility, gently relax their body and mind, learn to move in a more efficient and effective way to help relieve accumulated aches and pains and prevent further discomfort.
Classes will consist of a gentle warm-up of around fifteen minutes that will work through all the major joints of the body, followed by a series of varied Qigong and Taiji exercises which will serve as a foundation for learning the first section of the Chen Style Laojia Form.
