Tai chi is a gentle form of exercise based on specific movements and breathing. We are a self help group who practice shibashi (18 movements), which are led by a member of the group and which are easy to follow. We also complete the 24 forms which are slightly more difficult to master, although we give regular help for improvement.
This group is no longer suitable for complete beginners, but please contact convenor to discuss options.
The group will restart on October 8th 2021 and then meet every Friday from that date.
