The Annual General meeting of Wokingham U3A will be held on 10 March 2020 at 19:15 hrs in St Paul’s Parish rooms.
All WU3A members will receive the AGM papers by post week commencing 17 February 2020.
A.The Committee invite any resolutions and proposals, including proposed amendments to the Constitution, to be confirmed in writing to the Secretary at the address below, a minimum of 42 days prior to the meeting. The last date for advising any of the above is Tuesday 28 January 2020.
B.Nominations for Committee members must be proposed and seconded by different members and sent to the Secretary not less than 14 days prior to the date of the AGM. The last date for nominations is Tuesday 25 February 2020.
