Get your week off to a great start by coming along to our Nordic Walking sessions, twice a month, on a Monday morning.
Nordic Walking is a great full-body exercise, that uses up to 90% of our major muscles. The use of poles not only provides stability and propulsion, but takes the strain off knees, hips & back whilst strengthening the core.
Based in and around Crowthorne, we will meet on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of each month, at 10.30am, for a 3/3.5 miles circuit - there are plenty of paths on offer and we will rotate these as our experience and speed increases......and who knows, we might just have time to explore our local coffee shops too!
