a) To accommodate the rules around gift aid, please do not make joint payments. Please pay individually from an account which includes your name on it

 c) It is vitally important that the reference is quoted in the format below (member number first): Individual (£8): your member no. initials surname eg 1111FMSmith
 
If your reference completed as above requires more characters than your bank’s system allows; please use only the first 5 characters of your surname: be sure to show membership number in full and leave no spaces between your initials surname & your membership number.

WOKINGHAM U3A AGM
